EPOXY RESIN MEDIUM VISCOSE
FOR ART PIECES AND REINFORCING.

Medium viscose, modified epoxy resin composition. Used as a component №1 in two-component (component №1 – resin composition, component №2 – hardener) system, that is intended for pours till 5cm depth. Can be used for repairing various mineral surfaces, including concrete and cement mixtures. Specially designed for reinforcing with Kevlar or glass fiber.
FEATURES:

• Does not contain organic solvents;
• Does not contain phthalates;
• High mechanical resistance;
• Resistant to temperature and chemicals; 
• Good adhesion.

USAGE: Treated surface should be clean, hard and a little rough. Surface moisture not more than 10% (wood 5%). Apply on concrete surfaces no earlier than 28 days after the concrete is laid. Components №1 and №2 should be carefully mixed correctly 100:23. The adhesive components must be pressed firmly to obtain maximum contact between the adhesive surfaces. The optimum thickness of the glue layer is 0.1mm. Tools and equipment should be cleaned with acetone-based diluent immediately after use.
DRYING TIME: Initial adhesion time from 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature. Complete hardening time is approximately 24 – 60 hours at room temperature.
